Work as a verified car dealer on the Zviger platform: officially, transparently, and with a complete infrastructure for working with clients. We provide the agent with a clear start-up scheme, a strong brand, IT tools, and a profitable work system that is easy to present to the client.
STEP 1
Submit an application and complete verification
At the first stage, you fill out a short or extended application form to join the agent program. After that, we receive your information and conduct an initial verification.
Within 24 hours, we contact you and inform you about the result of your application review. In case of a positive decision, you move on to the next stage of the onboarding process. If the application does not pass verification, we will notify you separately.
STEP 2
Sign an agreement and become a Zviger agent
After passing verification, you sign an agency agreement with Zviger, make a security deposit of $1000 based on the current exchange rate in hryvnias, and receive agent status.
The agency agreement regulates the format of your cooperation with Zviger: access to the platform and personal account, rules for using IT tools and the brand, the procedure for attracting clients, conditions for agent commission payments, KPI requirements, responsibilities of the parties, and other terms.
Your relationship with the client is regulated by a tripartite agreement. The tripartite agreement defines the roles, obligations, and responsibilities of the client, the agent, and Zviger at every stage of cooperation. It regulates vehicle selection and purchase, payment procedures, communication, support, and delivery organization to ensure the process is transparent and understandable for all parties.
STEP 3
Get access to IT products and start working
After signing the agreement and making the deposit, you gain access to Zviger IT tools. You receive access to the CRM system and ticketing system required for full-fledged work with clients and deals.
Additionally, a manager provides a presentation and short training session on how to use the systems so that you can quickly get started and confidently use all available tools.
